José Maria Machado Duque holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rio de Janeiro, a postgraduate degree in Information Technology from PUC-RJ, and an MBA with a specialization in Business Management from IBMEC-RJ. He has also participated in executive training programs at FGV-RJ and FGV-SP.
His education has allowed him to build a solid career in the IT market, working as an executive in the financial and services sectors, and for the past 18 years, as an entrepreneur and co-founder of DSCON. Under his leadership, the company has established strategic partnerships with technology giants such as Oracle, IBM, VMware, SoftwareAG, AWS, and CISCO, accelerating the execution of hundreds of projects in the public and private sectors, with an emphasis on improving organizational processes in Brazil and Latin America.
As the CEO of DSCON, he leads the company's expansion through partnerships and alliances that ensure high perceived value for customers and employees. He prioritizes the use and dissemination of emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), as drivers of innovation and best practices, benefiting not only the sustainable performance of organizations but also the environment and society at large.
